- Check that the XLM amount sent was above the displayed minimum threshold for the pair you selected.
- Note that Stellar confirmations are near-instant — if your deposit is confirmed and more than 15 minutes have passed, contact support.

What to Include in Your Support Email for an XLM Swap
- Your Order ID (shown on your order confirmation page — format: ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- The transaction hash (TXID) of your XLM deposit on the Stellar blockchain
- The currency pair you were swapping (e.g. XLM → XMR or BTC → XLM)
- The amount sent
- Your destination wallet address
- The date and approximate time of your transaction
